Yale College Construction Students

The young people involved in the Expedition to Kenya this year are taking part in many fundraising events to raise their individual targets of £1,200 each towards the trip. These include, sponsored wall build, a sponsored treadmill run, a fancy dress pub crawl, and lots of other individual sponsorship events.

Cyffylliog “Knitting” Club

Cyffylliog “Knitting” Club, is a group of women who pride themselves in not being able to knit a stitch!!! However, they are also a very pro-active group who love a challenge! The seven members of the “Knitting Club" are taking part in a sponsored climb and abseil. Between them they are attempting to climb 3,600 feet [the height of Snowdon], at Plas Power Adventure. If they manage to match this in £££££, they will be able to buy ALL of the block work for the build.
